We do not store full payment card details.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales stated on our website.

However:

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. 
  • Delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. 
  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. 

Please inspect deliveries immediately and notify us within 48 hours of any shortages, damage, or incorrect items.

8. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • Return the goods unused and in their original condition.

12. Warranty

Products are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty retuned products which are not covered by warranty will be returned at customers cost along with the additional cost of collection of items. Machine will only be returned upon receiving this payment 

Warranty claims may be refused where damage results from:

  • Negligence. 
  • Improper installation. 
  • Failure to follow operating instructions. 
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications. 

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded. 

Subject to the above:
